The Sierra Nevada Chapter of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America sent volunteers from all over Northern California and Nevada to Foothill for a “field day” on October 24. It was a great day for the Foundation and the course, and Good Day Sacramento came out for some on-location reporting.
The Cameron Champ Foundation Pro-Am at the 2022 Fortinet Championship was a tremendous success, with 108 players coming together to raise more than $400,000.
We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Fortinet for hosting our outing for the second consecutive year at the Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa, where Cameron earned his second PGA Tour victory in 2019. And it was great to see so many of our generous supporters come together for such a fun-filled day. Marlon Jones and Jayden Lizama, local junior players and Mack Champ Invitational veterans, were also on the course.

Thanks to KJ 2 Productions for putting together this awesome video from our annual Golf Classic!
On April 17, Cameron joined the PGA Tour’s Teryn Gregson for a look back at his emotional win at the 2019 Safeway Open.
The new Grandpa Mack polo from Nike Golf represents a silhouette of the first known picture of Cameron Champ’s late grandfather playing golf, and it serves as a tribute to his life journey, quest for equality, passion for golf and the way he gave of himself to others.
Cameron is wearing this polo to honor #PapaChamp at the Genesis Invitational, and you can get one too on Nike.com. In celebration of Black History Month, 100% of the contributions will go to the Cameron Champ Foundation and our work to inspire the next generation of athletes, just like Grandpa Mack did for Cameron.
